Over 80 years have passed since a young man named Arch Baumgartner left college and a job as an ice truck driver to take over the reins of the local weekly newspaper, The Milford Mail. He had 600 subscribers and facilities for hand-setting type before buying an abandoned building one year later to house his wares.
