Auto & RV Expands to 8 Editions in 7 States

May 8, 2007 - Milford, IN   the PAPERs, Inc. announced its newest Auto & RV publication for 2007. Tennessee Auto & RV hit the stands on Tuesday, May 8, and was widely distributed in all 94 counties in Tennessee. Currently 65,000 copies are available each Monday and Tuesday.

Auto & RV magazines are the exclusive photo ad magazines dedicated to bringing buyers and sellers together with new and used cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, manufactured homes, RV?s and anything with wheels.

Tennessee Auto & RV contains business profiles on Tennessee dealerships and businesses as well as the "Nice Ride" feature on locally remodeled and restored vehicles. "It's Happening Here" will be a calendar of events for automotive happenings around Tennessee, Kentucky and the Midwest.

"We are excited about adding Tennesse Auto and RV publication to our Auto and RV family," says The Papers Director of Marketing Kip Schumm. "With the new Tennessee edition the total weekly circulation will be over 663,000 issues. We are looking forward to the same rapid growth in that market that we have had in others," he adds "A 15 member sales staff from across the state of Tennessee has been hired to serve our customers in that area and have spent a week in Milford being trained," notes Kim Gross, new publications and projects manager, who will be overseeing the sales force. She continues, "We are proud to have such a wonderful group to represent us to our advertisers there. They bring the total Auto and RV sales force to 100 individuals in seven states."

The first issue of Indiana Auto and RV was published by The Papers on April 23, 1993. Auto & RV publications has had phenomenal success with eight issues currently being produced, two in Ohio and one each in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky and, now, in Tennessee.

From its inception, Tennessee Auto & RV, as do all the other state magazines, reaches its readers through a free distribution system. "We plan to keep it that way. We feel that free distribution of the magazine offers the greatest value to both the private individual and business advertisers, enabling them to reach the largest audience available," explains Publisher Emeritus Della Baumgartner.

"Testimonials of success stories from readers are printed in each edition. We're sure that individuals and business owners will quickly agree that Tennessee Auto is a very successful avenue of marketing for them," said Schumm.

Tennessee Auto & RV is published each week at the printing plant of The Papers in Milford.

"If history tells us anything, one of the more difficult problems we will face is satisfying the demand for the magazine. In a very short time, we will find our racks are empty within two days after distribution. Free is the key. We are grounded in that philosophy," continues Ron Baumgartner, President of The Papers. "We think that making Tennessee Auto & RV readily available to virtually anyone interested in buying or selling almost anything on wheels is the very best way that we can serve our readers and advertisers."
